30423 – 26.02.2023 – Large waves coupled with 40 to 50 knot winds

On February 25th, students, faculty, and the crew members were treated to a beautiful display of the ocean’s power.  Large waves coupled with 40 to 50 knot winds mesmerized the students on watch and the onlookers from the stern.  It was an epic school day, with students and teachers sliding back and forth in the mess and dungeon classrooms.  Handrails and harness use were necessary!
