Today we headed to the Ocean Science Centre Mindelo where we learned about the exploration of the ocean in Cabo Verde and got a tour of their facility. Afterwards we had shore leave, so a bunch of us headed out to a beach and snorkelled with turtles!
In the evening, my group and I enjoyed dinner while watching the sunset before heading back to the boat early. Tomorrow we‘ll be up and early to go the Island of Santo Antão. 🙂
