Another sunny day anchored off the coast of Cabo Verde. Yesterday was definitely better than the day before. We had amazing chocolate-chip pancakes for breakfast and a yummy stir-fry for dinner but the highlight was the home-made (boat-made?) mac ‘n’ cheese for lunch! Our new chef, Abby, is making such delicious meals for us. We hope she decides to float with us a while!
