06.01.2024 – we were ushered in by dolphins as the day came to a close

What an amazing last day of sailing to culminate our Atlantic crossing! The weather was beautiful and anticipation was high. We started the morning with our usual pre-arrival deep ship clean – it’s amazing how many socks can be found in so many places! We then followed up with afternoon classes. Students are working hard to finish end-of-semester assignments and start preparing for exams. And everyone is excited for our jungle trip! As if wishing us good-bye, we were ushered in by dolphins as the day came to a close. We’re also counting down the days til we see loved ones again upon our arrival in Barbados. See you soon, family and friends!! -written by Beth
