Dear Family and Friends,
The 10th of December was our first day of shore leave in Praia. Most people went to the beach to scuba dive while others explored the beautiful island. The locals here are very nice, and every taxi driver wants to become your personal driver. The food here is wonderful and the fruit market is extraordinary as well. It’s very different from what we are all used to, which allows us to really dive into a culturally different experience and learn different ways of life.
