Yesterday was Dolphin Day! If you don’t know what that is, it’s a very important day. It is the only day we are relieved from our classes completely. But we didn’t just get to skip work, we got to sleep in for the first time in this entire program. Colours got moved to 11:00, and we all slept till 10:55. You have no idea how incredible it was to be fully rested after being on the 4-6 watch. In other news, our lookouts were tasked to spot a tiny broken sailboat called The Coral Tempest, which had left a school in Bermuda, about the same time as us. Its sail broke in a storm. We did not find it, but we are still looking. In even more news: The Cookie Team made the best cookies in the world, Gavin has been shaved bald, and so has Ayel’s face.
