Dear family and friends,

Today, we are officially halfway through our second semester of Class Afloat. With only about two months of the program remaining, classes are in full swing. On top of that, we only have about 12 days of actual sailing left (give or take a couple of storm days), meaning that all the up-and-coming OSs are more than avid about taking their exams. One of these OS examinations will be happening on Monday, as the captain proclaimed, though that, of course, doesn’t really mean much to us, given that we don’t run on 7-Day weeks anymore. Anyways, nothing out of the ordinary happened today as we settled back into our “at sea” routine. Still, there were some highlights, including a spontaneous whale sighting as well as a tasty spaghetti bolognese for dinner! In any case, hope you all are having a lovely day and a wonderful end to your month of March.

Best wishes,

Grace
