Yesterday was a nice sailing day. It kicked off with the backshafters showing up as their best selves to try and win the Big Backshaft Battle, and during breakfast, they played some games with the crew involving a prize of Pop-Tarts. During Colours, we sang and soaked our beloved birthday boys, Alvaro and Matt. Happy Birthday! The rest of the day was a regular day of classes, though some OS trainees participated in a Man Overboard drill during study hall. The Backshaft continued their efforts during dinner, with live music played by Kysen, and a card draw for pops. The day ended with board games in the mess.
