29.12.2021 – hello from the Atlantic

We are sailing quickly to the equator at nearly 9 knots and anticipate reaching the line in 3-4 days. Perhaps we will have breakfast in the southern hemisphere at the start of 2022. Last night on watch we saw bioluminescent jellyfish and algae! Other exciting news, there is still lots of chocolate on board (in the form of bars, santas, freshly baked buns) and victoria and joachim report that the highlight of their day is a little afternoon treat.
