23.03.2022 – stunning sunrises and sunsets

WITH THE TIME CHANGE, WE HAVE WITNESSED STUNNING SUNRISES AND SUNSETS! THE 00-02 WATCH HAS ALSO REPORTED MORE SHOOTING STARS THEN THEY CAN COUNT. SADLY, THE WIND AND SPEED THAT WE COULD REPORT YESTERDAY IS GONE AND WE ARE ON ENGINE AGAIN. WHILE OUR BELOVED MATILDA IS GETTING US TO WHERE WE NEED TO BE, WIND DANCES BY ALL CREW ARE EXPECTED ON DECK AT SOME POINT TODAY. IN THE MEANTIME, IN LIEU OF SAIL MANEUVERS, STUDENTS ARE LEARNING NEW SKILLS LIKE HOW TO COMMUNICATE IN MORSE CODE AND PLOT OUR POSITION USING THE STARS.
