 
 
The last day of exams, the last day of swim call, the last normal day for five of usâŠ
Yesterday was a high-energy day: we finished writing exams in the morning, then spent the early afternoon packing the sails and making the Alex look pretty for berthing. We had yet another swim call in the later afternoon (thanks again, DSST fam!), followed by a farewell dinner for our departing floaties. Friends and watchmates gave touching speeches that also made us laugh, while Thomas, Albert, Abby, Ethan and Jannik served us yet another delicious three-course meal (theyâve really spoiled us the last couple weeks!). The evening ended with the Oceans 11 class and their Midnight MatinĂ©e Oscars filmfest, where they screened documentaries they created to show their learning over the semester. Congrats to the award winners!
